Email(Electronic Mail) is widely used for sending and receiving mail or message through the internet. Nowadays emails is necessary almost everywhere, like you need an email account if you want to take online servers like online reservation, online ticket booking. It is necessary in school, college, and in bank for taking different services.
Personal Email and Business Email:
You can easily create your email id using free services live gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc and can use it freely. For example if you create an email id using gmail then your email id will be like “[email protected]”.
But if you have registered a domain name for your company website, then you can create your own email with that domain. For example if you register a domain “mycompany.com” then your email id will look like “[email protected]”.

Email client is an application that manages email sending, receiving and organizes messages from your desktop or device. Messages sent and received in email clients are stored in local devices. So you can access those emails anytime because those are stored in a local machine.
Handling multiple emails may be difficult if you have multiple email accounts. So we can use mail clients like Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird etc for managing multiple email accounts.
